Q What is your privacy policy?

A Our policy is to keep your personal information secure. Any information that you supply us with to help serve you better, be it health-related or any other information such as shipping and payment, will never be sold or given to any third party entity without your consent. (ex) If you order at our partner site: http://healthyNgreen.myShaklee.com , obviously, payment and shipping information must be attached to your order. However, health issues and information are of a personal nature and will not be included with your order. You are welcome to also visit the "privacy" section at the above mentioned sister site.

Q What is your guarantee policy?

A All nutritional, cleaning and personal care products are 100% guaranteed. If you are dissatisfied in any way, please return them through us for a refund of your purchase price. The air purification and water purification systems carry their own guarantees. (See http://healthyNgreen.myShaklee.com for those guarantees).

Q Do I pay sales tax in my state?

A When purchasing products from our product link site, that site  is registered to collect and remit sales/use tax as a merchant with sales tax registration in every US state on all internet orders. The exceptions are Alaska, Delaware, Montana. New Hampshire and Oregon, which do not have a state sales tax.

Q Is priority given to phone orders over online orders?

A No. Products will be shipped in 5-7 business days regardless of order method. If an item is backordered however, it will be shipped as soon as it becomes available. There is the option to cancel any backordered items as well.

Q Can I print a copy of my order?

A Yes. We will confirm your order via email if you have supplied us with your email address. However, it is recommended that you print a copy of your order by using your browser print function. You may also use our order tracking feature.
